Issue Information

Visible fuel leaks, spills, or pooling around dispensers, tanks, or equipment

Will be routed to: OCC PSTD (24-hour requirement)

Moderate issues should be addressed but are not immediately dangerous.

Include specific details: location of issue, severity, any visible damage or contamination, duration of problem, and any actions already taken.

Upload photos of the issue. Photos help regulatory authorities understand the problem better.
